Responsibilities

Finance and Administration Director (FAD) will manage all project activities in finance, human resources, grants management, IT, logistics, and general administration requirements for the project on a national level and ensure compliance with the terms of the contract. S/he is responsible for implementation, quality control, reporting, monitoring and staff management. This includes supervising, coordinating and training financial/administrative staff.The FAD is also responsible for ensuring appropriate systems and procedures (payroll, cash management, vendor payments, budgeting and other related to financial management) are in place to properly disburse, account, budget and report project funds which are cost effective, timely, have proper internal controls and comply with the terms of the agreement.
