Job Summary: The Direct
Sales Executives will develop, maintain and increase a solid client base by
selling advertising airtime, commercial productions and providing a holistic
client service relations plan in order to optimize advertising budgets and
achieve set revenue targets to clients so as to maximize broadcasting sales volumes
and revenue targets.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- All
applicants should possess Basic University degrees - Two
or more years’ working experience (prior experience in the media industry
will be an added advantage) - The
Sales Executives should have the ability to develop and build a game plan
that will drive business strategy; and deliver an enriching and exciting
TV experience. - Past
experience in broadcast/digital sales - Process
a creative mind and be able to think outside the box - Working
knowledge of marketing communications mix and research fundamentals is
mandatory - The
applicant should also possess Media buying skills - Good
relationship skills - Excellent
communication skills - Ability
to develop and nurture relationships with agency/direct clients with an
aim of maximizing revenues - Possess
excellent persuasion skills - Possess
detailed knowledge and understanding of the media industry in Uganda
