Capacity Building Manager

Requirements:

Qualifications include:
? Bachelor?s degree in public health, sociology, public or business administration, communications, or other relevant field. Master?s degree desirable;
? 8+ years of relevant work experience in policy dialogue, training and capacity building in public health;
? Additional training or experience in tropical medicine, malariology, or parasitology is desirable;
? Experience with USAID-funded programs is a plus;
? Ability to work effectively in teams, as a team member and as a team leader;
? Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Acholi preferred;
? Ability to take initiative, make appropriate decisions and build effective professional relationships;
? Ability to travel to program locations within Uganda, as required.
