Key Duties and Responsibilities:  Prepare communication and other documentsProcess mail and other correspondencesPrepare presentations especially power point presentationsOversee office/departmental internet communicationArrange departmental meetingsWork closely with other university departmentsOversee departmental staff recordsProcess all external correspondencesManage confidential records in the department/ officeOffer information/ data for decision makingCordially receive visitors in the office/departmentPerform any other responsibility assigned by the supervisor.
