She/he will lead, manage, and coordinate the implementation through WASH governance to include: rights awareness, capacity building in skills, tools, and analysis, alliance building, as well as advocacy to influence governments for more and better WASH services and policies. She/he will represent the program to key stakeholders within the community and government; coordinate program activities with partners; and influence the design and implementation of WASH policies at all levels.Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  The applicant should preferably hold an MBA or relatedA minimum of five to eight years’ experience in institutional capacity building, partnership building with local and national governments, policy development Past exposure and experience with resource mobilization and advocacy for WASH Understanding of decentralized governance, planning, budgetingAll suitably qualified and interested candidates should send a cover letter with an updated resume including salary requirements by e-mail to: uganda-info@fhi360.org.
