JOB DETAILS:
Yard Supervisor – Kamonkoli
Reports to: Sales & Marketing Support Accountant. Supervises: Yard Assistants Job Purpose: The Yard Supervisor is responsible for managing the yard in a way that ensures that all yard inventory is fully accounted for without compromising customer needs .

Key Responsibilities:
• Receiving products from QA into the yard. Organizing the yard layout and ensuring good physical environment.
• Receiving and Serving customers in the yard.
• Processing paperwork and reporting associated with sales and stock control.
• Contribution to the financial reporting process.
• Ensuring quality and safety in the yard.
• Managing the yard team in a manner that empowers them to efficiently arrange products and deliver excellent customer service.
• To carry out other duties as requested by the Sales and Marketing Support Accountant.

Job Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related fields majoring in stores management.
• Computer Literacy, Excel, Navision
• Three (3) years’ experience in store management.
• Good mathematical skills
• Good data entry and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Education: A bachelor’s degree in Commerce
