Real Estate Office Administrator/Receptionist .

Our client running a Real Estate Company in Westland’s , seeks to employ an Office Administrator /Receptionist to fill the position.

The successful candidate will:

Keep a watch on all the office supplies and replenishing the stock with new thing as they run outImplement filing systems for the officeGive suggestions to the management on the overall functioning of the officeMaintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsMaintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needsContribute Coordinating with the management and the staffKeep a close watch on all the duties being performed by each departmentReport about the office to the general managerReceive phone callsReceive clients and attend to them in absence of DirectorsPerform General office errandsDiploma in Business Administration Management/ Sales and Marketing Be 30-35 Years of ageValid Certificate of good conduct within the last 6 monthsExperience in Real Estate or related field will be an added advantageBe married or a single lady with a child
