Data Manager

Requirements:
• Must hold a BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Maths or Statistics; Biostatistics knowledge is an added advantage.

• Must be conversant with database and statistical applications such as Stata, Microsoft Access, SQL and SAS.

• Effective in communicating both verbally and in writing, with ability to explain technical and statistical information to other team members.

• 5 years working experience in a busy donor–funded organization conducting research, with 2 years working as supervisor.

• High integrity and excellent management skills.

• Demonstrate close attention to detail and accuracy.

• Team player with a good customer service ethic.

• Willing to take up new challenges and initiatives to benefit the organization.

• Ability to develop and implement procedures and timelines.

• Good problem-solving, creative and analytical thinking skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
