HSE Supervisor / Superintendent / Manager
Job Ref.: HSS04-08 Main Job Responsibilities:
Establish and develop an HSE Management System in line with Company policies and charter. Advise Company’s management on strategic HSE objectives and targets consistent with the Company’s Health & Safety standards.
Provide an efficient auditing system, aimed at ensuring the implementation of the HSE Management System. Ensure implementation of methodology and practices to ensure performance improvement. Establish and develop the emergency response plan and monitor its implementation.

Qualifications and experience:
• University degree in engineering or equivalent health and safety training certifications with experience in oil & gas industry.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in health and safety which includes at least 4 years of HSE management experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Must have strong decision making abilities especially in crisis under pressure.
• Good communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
