LUBRICANTS & LPG SALES MANAGER ( FULL TIME )
Shell Uganda is looking to recruit suitably qualified and talented Ugandan in the position of LUBRICANTS & LPG SALES MANAGER
The position is a Senior Sales Management Position in Shell Uganda reporting to the East Africa Cluster Lubricants & LPG Manager. The individual will be responsible for the management of Lubricants and LPG businesses as Speciality products, and will take overall responsibility for delivering results in this area.
Key Performance areas for the role:
• To ensure delivery of set business goals and drive growth in size and profitability of these businesses through implementation of Sales & Marketing strategies.
• Drive implementation and effective management of Channel development programmes both for LPG & Lubricants.
• Lead and Coach Sales team of about 5 professionals to ensure proper Customer Relationship Management and provide direct Sales support
• Identify and support development of new sales avenues for growth of lubricants & LPG business
• Responsible for the overall Lubricant market analysis (size, trend and channel) and Implement Shell Global lubricants Sales & Marketing initiatives.
Minimum requirements/competencies
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Marketing with at least 3 years working experience.
• Proven sales experience & track record in developing / implementing Sales & Marketing initiatives
• Methodical Approach, Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of Lubricants or Sales experience in Oil Industry will be an added advantage
• Should be below 35years of Age
