Main Job Responsibilities:
Participate in the analysis of skills evolution needs and organize the necessary training actions. Prepare and implement the annual training program and the Personal Development Programs in-line with Company’s career development policies. Ensure training data updating and preparing related statistics.

Qualifications and experience:
• University degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in the implementation of training programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Proficient in MS Office
