? Proven knowledge of the APFS approach; having worked as APFS Facilitator , good management, planning, communication, facilitation skills
? Excellent command of English
? Inventive, creative and enthusiastic person
? Willingness to live and work in a Amudat district
? Degree or Diploma in Agric, extension other relevant field
? At least 3 years successful experience in APFS projects as facilitator or coordinator
? Good computer skills,
? Self motivator, having the ability to work with limited supervision
? Experienced in Motorcycle driving and having valid MC driving permit
? Knowledge of Swahili and Pokot is an advantage
