Organization: The Cooper Motor Corporation (CMC) The Cooper Motor Corporation (CMC) Uganda Limited is a multi-franchise Automotive Dealer offering Sales and After Sales Services for transportation vehicles, Agricultural Equipment and, Construction Machinery.Job Summary: The HR & Administration Officer will support the Manager in executing HR & Administration functions.Key Duties and Responsibilities:  The jobholder will be the primary point of contact for all HR-related queriesUpdate and maintain an effective personnel information system to ensure accurate and up-to-date staff recordsAdminister HR related documentation such as leave forms and recruitment contracts.Render support in the recruitment, training, performance appraisal and other HR Related activitiesSupervise cleaners and ensure a clean, healthy and safe work environmentProcess licenses and other related documents in order to ensure compliance with legislatureEnsure that correspondences from the office of HR & Administration Manager are properly and timely distributedQualifications, Skills and Experience:  The candidate should preferably hold an Honours Degree in Human Resources Management or related Arts fieldsA Diploma in Human Resource Management will be an added advantageAt least three to five years; experience in a corporate or busy HR Office.Excellent communication SkillsExcellent interpersonal relationsPossess the ability to work with minimum supervisionAll candidates are encouraged to send their applications to:The HR & Administration Manager P.O.
