Kampala International School aims to be the premier International School in East Africa and is CIS/NEASC accredited with over 560 students aged 2 to 18 years from 60 countries. We offer the National Curriculum for England (modified to suit our student body and location in Uganda), JGCSE’s and the IB Diploma Programme. We’ve got great students and an exceptional campus close to the centre of Kampala. Our teachers come from a diverse background, with a teaching body of 58 educators from 6 continents.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: The Secondary Maths specialist should hold a full degree and teaching qualification and should have experience of teaching Maths in the National Curriculum for England, IGCSE and experience of IB Diploma teaching (to HL). As a classroom practitioner, the candidate's classroom is likely to be a hive of activity, promoting child centred education at its best. Our students are lively, enthusiastic and great fun. Our campus is outstanding and we have a great team of teachers who are dedicated to what they do.
