Experience
•    Business  degree  with a bias in law, management  and/or administration;
•    At least five years of progressive  experience in dealing  with clients  in an international /intercultural setting is required.
•    Experience in interviewing people  and analyzing outcomes of the interview
•    Fluency in Dutch language is a strong asset.

The incumbent will be the head of Internal Audit Department reporting directly to Chief Internal Auditor / Audit committee. He would be responsible for developing, scheduling audit plans for the group companies, carrying out the regular, investigative and follow-up audit and reviews. He would also set globally acceptable audit norms, provide guidance to the audit team, develop internal audit manual, ensure compliance to the systems and procedures, and conduct risk audit and reviews.

The candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 15 years relevant experience out of which 5 years should be as head of audit department, preferably in a multi company environment. He should be conversant with International Financial Reporting Standards and a good working knowledge of computerised accounting systems.

A leading multinational, is looking for a dynamic sales representative in the Occupational and Health and Safety division. The successful candidate will be responsible for calling on manufacturing and industrial key accounts to generate the demand for personal safety products in the Kenyan, Ugandan and Ethiopian market. This includes conducting an on-site risk assessment, awareness training and general consultation to the end-user on the proper protection and recommended products when it comes to personal protective equipments. In addition, the candidate will have full management responsibility of the existing channel network, while also expanding and identifying new channels that are specialized to support areas such as Welding, Peltor Comms, etc. The candidate will also be accountable for driving sales targets and growth plans.

Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, the candidate must have 3-4 years sales experience as a sales representative in the occupational health industry. Multinational experience is an advantage. Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent would be head of the accounts and finance department and responsible for book keeping to finalisation of accounts of the company, to handle all banking operations, to spearhead annual budget and carry review process, variance analysis, preparation of funds flow, coordinating with marketing / sales department, to prepare monthly MIS reports, to liase with statutory and internal auditors, to supervise the day to day functioning of the department.

Reporting to the General Manager the incumbent is responsible for maintaining the hygiene at the dairy unit, cows, ensure proper food is given, increase the milk production, preventive medical care of cows, co-ordinate with the veterinary surgeons for the wellbeing of the cows, co-ordinate for milk transport from the dairy unit to distributions points, and make the dairy unit as profit center.
