Experience: Must have twelve (12) years of working experience in clinical or leadership position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for organizing and coordinating nursing activities in the Department.

Qualifications
•Should have a Bachelors Degree (Hons) in any Allied Health Professionals Disciplines; OR a Diploma in any of the Allied Health Professionals Disciplines, plus a relevant Bachelors Degree (Hons) in either Health Services Management or Public Health or Social Sciences or Public Administration, or Business Administration.
• Must have a Masters Degree in any of the following Disciplines: Health Services Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or Public Health.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Assists in the tracking of the Health Sector Human Resource (Nursing Professionals) and provide input for the implementation of the Health Sector Strategic and Investment Plan.
• Assists Nursing Health Training Institutions to plan activities in line with National Health Priorities in collaboration with Health Training Institutions.
•Liaises with key Ministries and other Stakeholders on matters relating to development Nursing Professionals
