Job Title: Divisional Sales Manager
The purpose of this role is to supervise, motivate, lead and train the divisional sales team to achieve agreed sales, distribution, market share and perfomance objectives through the effective management of both Distributor and retail sales operations

Brand activity budget formulation and managementAchieve volume distribution and Net Sales Value Key perfomance indicatorsPeople capacity development by coaching and investing time in mentoring of team using Diageo Way of sellingEnsure compliance with safety requirements at the work environmentManage performance and compliance of the teamQualifications and Experience
