Factory Manager - Paper Conversion Commercial and Security Printing

Will be responsible for Day to Day operation of Entire Factory including: Production, Man Power Planning, Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing and will be responsible for overall Profit Center of the companyProduction Responsibilities:Factory Administration & Planning and coordination with marketing and productionTeam for design approvals, costing and preparation for design and prepress schedule to control flow of work with proper allocation of jobs as per priorities and requirements for cost effective production.Planning and follow up for prompt and timely execution of job orders for all departments through computer system for proper execution of workflow.Ensure completion of procedural formalities before starting the production process.Direct supervision on all department through supervisors / Incharge / Jr. Managers for Planning and follow up for high standard of quality production controls and quality Production services to the customer.Preparation of production schedules as per priorities and effectively monitor the flow of work till the completion of the job (According to the schedule.)Material planning for m/cs, departments, shifts and next shifts, for day and next day.Manpower planning for departments, m/cs, shifts through supervisors.Planning for spare parts and consumables and manpower for maintenance work.Planning & scheduling of job cards for all departments. Maintenance planning and follow up for preventive and breakdown maintenance through maintenance Incharge.Effectively control on workers and staff to maintain discipline work environment and work process flow.Setting up standards for the performance of staff and workers for better results and quality production. Daily checking for quality control parameters and improvement for best quality and cost effective production with minimum wastage and maximum output with minimum manpower.Control on completion and submission of daily and weekly production reports to the management.Finance Activities:Preparation of Cash flow, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Collection PlanCredit/Debtor ageing analysis and reconciliationPreparation of Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly P&L and BalancesheetOversee day to day finance & account deptSales & MarketingInteract with sales& marketing team to make sure that they deliver the results as per target setMaking/creating new marketing schemes, promotion ideas and strategiesOversee sales& marketing dept function
