Designation Textile Production InchargeLocation Uganda, AfricaJob Responsibilities Ability to supervise and give guidance to Stitching/sewing department of strength of 2530 various machine operators. Should have knowledge/experience to operate Embroidery machine. (Preference will given to candidate if they have worked on SWF embroidery machine) Should have good knowledge of Digitizing software. To have good knowledge of various textile materials for both woven and non woven To make daily production planning and ensure it work as per schedule. To do raw material planning. To ensure the quality of the product To make and review efficiency chart/target for each staff. To ensure that all the production staff follow companies procedure and systems before going for mass production. (I.e. having the approval of Clients etc.) To ensure that commitment given to client/marketing is followed incase of alteration to be inform well in advance to the HOD or GM To ensure the machine are properly maintain.
