Regional Manager

Key Responsibility
1. Under the lead of Operation Director, responsible for the implementation of the strategy and plan of our company in the area, to realize the company objectives;
2. Using various channels and resources for the promotion of TOAFRICA platform, to make it an important platform for China-Africa trade.
3. Responsible for the brand marketing in the area, improve the company's brand value.
4. Planning and implement the work in the area, make sure that every work is in progress.
5. Responsible for the planning and management of the sales channel in the area, coordinate with the dealers, provide them satisfying service and develop new dealers .Visit the important customer regularly, and ensure fair competition in the market.
6. Collecting and organizing the information of import-export products and the materials of dealers, report to the operation director and the Head-Office timely.
7. Dealing with the feedback and complaint of customers timely, in order to improve customer satisfaction, and establish long-term and good customer relationship.
8. Cope with the other work assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications Required:
1. Aged 20-35 years old, received tertiary education, fluent in English, be able to write reports. Candidates who speak French are preferred.
2. Proficiency in the use of computer, be able to use the INTERNET for the network promotion of our products.
3. Minimum two years working experience related to sales or marketing. African students who studied in China are preferred.
4. Familiar with the laws and regulations in the area, have a deep understanding to the brand marketing
