Candidate should hold a B.E. / B. Tech Mechanical, Electrical, and Metallurgical (Metal) degree with at least 15yrs of exp age should not be more than 45yrs.
Should have thorough knowledge of whole rolling, galvanizing and color coating which goes in total process
Should be well versed with operation/admin/general responsibility of total plant
Should have international exposure
Must have very good leadership skills should be able to lead from the front
Must be very fluent in communications especially in English
Should be able to train and motivate the people in his team
Candidate well versed in CRM .

Should be well versed with operation/admin/general responsibility of total plant
Candidate from Essar, JSW, Tatas, Safal (SA) are more preferable.
