Overseeing day to day activities of entire textile plantManaging the overall production in composite textile manufacturing with wet processing and garment making facilities Production & Quality from Cut to Pack of a unitEnsure Increase productivity & Line Balancing & Control operation for Productivity and full capacity utilization in plantReview of Daily Quality, Productivity & Delivery performance based on the trend studyPlan & schedule delivery schedules, ensure timely materials, accessories, fabric, meet planned production targets, ensure qualitative manpower & oversee all activities in the entire production area,Production Planning, Raw Material planning and day to day operational activitiesFactory administration is a prerequisiteEnsure the cost effective production with ZERO defect productionEnsure proper maintenance of all machineries and equipmentsResponsible for Qualitative and Quantity outputEnsure proper safety procedures are in place and are currentShould be responsible for the product & company brand image in the marketRun Existing developments & create proposals for new projects.Create branding and marketing liaise with group marketingUnderstand market competition & market demands.Should be able to manage a team of people, labors and unions to maintain the industrial harmonyShould be able to prepare MIS Reports & Presentation to Board.Products : Woven, Knit, Fabric, Madeup (Main products are TShirts, Uniforms for Government Police, Traffic, Army & defense, Bed sheets, Table Cloth, PV Suiting, PC, Organic Cotton)Working Experience : Minimum 15 years in textile manufacturing with at least 5 years in General Manager or similar Senior Position.
