Accountant
We are currently looking for an Accountant for a full time position, position holder will be responsible for ensuring that all financial records are accurately written, properly maintained and regular/ periodical returns are properly compiled and submitted to Management. Job Requirements: Bachelors Degree preferably B.Com (Accounting), BBA (Accounting) plus full professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA. Successful candidate will have at least 5 years relevant work experience 2 of them in management positions of Accounting Candidate should have excellent command over Tally and can handle the stock inventory properly in Tally. Responsibilities: To Maintain basic accounts, book keeping Reconciliation of Bank statements Ledger entries, journal entries To Maintain Clients and Customer relations Invoice entries and cross checking To Prepare and analyze financial statements To Help in preparing tax returns. Implementing new accounting procedures and processes Review and correction of accounting entries Maintaining of General Ledgers, Party Ledgers, Sales Ledgers, and Purchase Ledgers. Preparing of MIS reports (related to Sales, Purchase and Transportation) on fortnight basis. Maintaining of day to day banking functions, including, Cash Disbursement. Responsible for collecting funds from debtors. Maintaining of Attendance Register. Doing Voucher entries. Coordinating with Auditors for carrying out Audit.Automobile, Auto Anciliary, Auto Components
