Manager Finance & Administration to be Based at Interior of Uganda
CA/ICWA/MBA-Finance with 10 to 15 yrs experience in Agri culture industry. Financial Control & Fund Management: Monitoring cash flows and ensuring that funds are arranged in the most cost effective manner after projecting accurate cash forecast ensuring that there is no shortage of fund. Monitoring of Payments to Foreign suppliers and Budgeting, for the same. Arranging for the actual remittances, through banks, by complying the set procedures and banking regulations. Statutory Compliance & Taxation: Ensuring compliance to the government rules and regulations as laid down by various statutory authorities. Accounts & Audit: Handling financial statements including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss A/c, Age-Wise Accounts Payables and Receivables Statements and Balance Sheets. Handling cash & bank transactions, inventory management & reconciliation, invoicing, pay out controls and monitoring, auditing, commercial functions, office administration, debtors & liabilities management. Monitoring Cash Flow: Monitoring cash flows and ensuring that funds are arranged in the most cost effective manner after projecting accurate cash forecast ensuring that there is no shortage of cash in hand. Managing accounting, financial, costing, commercial, secretarial & legal affairs of the company by carrying out various functions including but not limited to liaison with bankers, project supervision & financing, cash & bank management, accounts & finance ,Costing & Inventory management & control, direct & indirect taxation, Insurance , logistics, legal & statutory compliances and secretarial matters. Preparing the MIS reports, Cash & Fund Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, Audit Reports and other financial reports to keep a track of financial performance. Other assignments as given by management person need to be flexible.
