Qualification :-Must be ICWAExperience : Overall experience of 5-10 years as Cost AccountantSkills & Expertise:-Should have thorough knowledge COSTING & various financial ratiosShould be able to develop appropriate costing techniques/methodology and process for different products to support manufacturing activitiesComplete analysis / review of the existing product costing at each plant as well as costing for the new productsMonthly MIS with Comparison of monthly budget with actual & reasons for variance.Cost estimation of finished goods Quality wise & reporting to the management.Preparation of Budgets & MIS Reports.Preparation of Ratio Analysis, Contribution Analysis, Profitability Analysis, Variance Analysis & Budgeting.Preparation of Factory Cost Sheet.Product costing based on activity wise and Process wise.Finalization of Monthly & Daily Cash Flow Statement, Preparation of various MIS reports, daily, weekly, MonthlyAnalyze and review budgets and expenditures, Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.Prepare and review budget, analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control. Responsible for all costing reports, Supervise production process including raw materials, purchased products, consumables, spare parts in the inventory.Strengthen the system for recording and tracking of fixed & variable assets costs and their depreciation.
