Having conducted best use studies on the land which they already hold, they are looking for property professional to turn potential into projects! The leader they appoint will have a track record of delivering a wide variety of commercial projects in emerging markets.

It would fall to you to identify opportunities through detailed feasibility studies, and then assemble and manage the relevant professionals\' teams, including all commercial and financial aspects - from leasing to debt & investment structuring.

This \'start up\' environment will challenge you to assist in the initial stages of setting up and raising additional investment capital for the Fund. You will also grow the internal resources to include at least one senior project manager up front, and will continue to manage the hiring process for key staff, as well as their ongoing management and retention.
