1. Coordinate system administration including network security, storage, service and operating system maintenance
2. Oversee implementation/functioning of Enterprise Resource Applications SAP with team of SAP functional.
3. Oversee back up; set up and implementation of disaster recovery plans
4. Oversee database administration
5. Liaise with user departments on connectivity and functionality of IT resources
6. Look after the purchase of the software and hardware systems and plan proper budget and quotations for the systems
7. Provide training and necessary assistance for the employees involved in implementation and maintenance of the software systems
8. Train the employees in using information systems and help them understand the configuration of the systems
9. Develop strategies that are to be used in implementation of software and hardware systems in the organization
