Group Finance Manager to be based at Uganda

CA with 12 to 18 yrs experience in manufacturing industry at group level.

The GFM would be reporting to GM/Directors and would be supervising 3 unit finance function.

There would be finance manager in respective units, who would report to GM of the unit administratively and to GFM functionally. 

 He should have very sound knowledge of Finance, Planning and accounting fundamentals.

He should be pro- active and should possess high level of team building skills & should be strategic thinker.  He would also be responsible for overall tax/legal and related matter.  HR & Admin function would be under his portfolio.

Internal audit/Project funding/Banking/ purchases of major raw material would be under his portfolio.

There would be more than 20 people in finance/Admin depart to manage.

He would be co-ordinate and work with GM of all the unit, hence should possess excellent business acumen and man management skill.
