SUPPLY OFFICER ASSISTANT, HR OFFICER, WAREHOUSE MANAGER & FINANCE /ADMIN ASSISTANT

Job Description: Médecins Sans Frontières Switzerland (MSF-CH), is a neutral and independent international humanitarian organization which assists victims of war, displaced and disabled people in situation of armed conflicts, and want to recruit, for its coordination office based in Kampala Education: Minimum of a Diploma in Supply chain management.Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the area of supply.Responsabilities: Support the daily supply activities (administrative) with the resources, procedures and tools defined by the Supply Manager. Ensure the proper order management, response to clients, documentation, archives, order chronogram, forecast, stock management, procurement monitoring, IT tools and updated database, transportation and documentation.Education: Logistics and Stores ManagementExperience Required: Minimum of 3 years in a busy stores setting, Medical NGO experience will be an added advantageResponsibilities: Manage stock in conjunction with the line manager; assume responsibility for the warehouse and its contents. Ensure the packaging of goods in transit and in stock, the quality standards for the WH, respect the lead time, supervise the loading/ off loading of merchandises, ensure the inventory levels and updated according to the planning, ensure the information is given and available at the stockcards and stock reporting to the line superviser. Follow the the set chronogram for replenishment and give rotation according to FIFO Vs FEFO and ensure the quality of items being stocked.Education: Certificate or diploma in Business, in Hotel or HR management or similar.Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience with demonstrated skills in HRM. Experience in dealing with personnel and human resources, administration and management. Experience in working within a dynamic multicultural environment and dealing with expatriates. Previous experience in a NGO highly desirable. Language: Fluent in English and Luganda. French an asset.Education: Diploma or professional qualification in accounting / finance / business / administrationExperience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting field with demonstrated skills in financeResponsibilities: Ensure the validation and preparation of request of payments, paper accounting, electronic accounting, respect MSF standards, perform internal controls, follow MSF guidelines, assist the Fin Manager in daily encoding, cash counts, cash inventories, petty cash box management, payments and responsible of the stationary management.
