Job Summary: The Finance Manager will be responsible for the overall effective financial management and ensuring control service to JCRC. He/she provides an effective oversight of organizational and project finance management services, which follow JCRC’s policies and procedures, also plans and directs programs of the Finance function and provides sound financial advice to the Board, Executive Director and senior management.
