CHIEF BANKING OFFICER
? Relevant university degree
? 10 years of experience in the banking sector.
? Experience in strategic planning, formulation and execution and systems development and implementation.
? Experience of setting and enforcing standards within a similar environment; general knowledge of marketing, finance, budgeting, and cost control principles.
? Deep consumer understanding, with a keenness and capacity to drive deposit and loan growth while ensuring and safeguarding profitability.
? Excellent track record of building successful banking operations.
? Superior written and verbal communication, interpersonal and team working skills with an ability to coach and motivate teams.
? Strong networking and negotiation skills.
