Candidate should hold a B.E. / B. Tech Mechanical, Electrical, and Metallurgical (Metal) degree with at least 15yrs of exp age should not be more than 45yrs.Should have thorough knowledge of whole rolling, galvanizing and color coating which goes in total processShould be well versed with operation/admin/general responsibility of total plantShould have international exposureMust have very good leadership skills should be able to lead from the frontMust be very fluent in communications especially in English Should be able to train and motivate the people in his team
