Opening for Project Manager - Substation in a leading EPC Company

.      Handles complete project from (post-tender) award stage to completion stage.

2.      Plans and forecasts project budget and human resource requirements.

3.      Ensures project completion in time and with in budgeted cost

4.      Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

5.      Implements engineering systems and controls in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

6.      Maintains complete project documentation with respect to design and construction

7.      Assigns duties to team members and helps them to carry out their responsibilities.

8.      Monitors the progress of project and updates corporate office as frequently as required.

9.      Communicates with client and discusses about the project, contractual issues, contract validation etc

10.  Performs necessary tasks to handle the roadblocks of the project and ensures smooth functioning of the team.

11.  Co-ordinates with sub contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods at the project site.

12.  Develops subordinates to take up higher responsibilities

13.  Handles local purchase and payment related issues.
