- Responsible for running retail outlets in supermarkets and stand alone shops
- Managing motivating and supervising staff
- Analyzing sales figures
-Implement measures to increase sales and deal with takings
- Awareness in competition and market trends
-Deal with customer related issues
-Update management on product type and pricing
-Provide continous merchandise to clients
-Knowledge of food preparation and handling
