Major responsibilities:Develop human resource policies, strategies and guidelines, appraisal tools, documentation etc.Ensure organisation is adhering to Employment ActRecruit, coordinate and motivate staffRequirement:Personal specifications:
More than 2 years’ experience in the Human Resource ManagementQualification in human Resource ManagementExperience managing over 30 staffAbility to lead and build the capabilities of a diverse team.Excellent people and communication (written, oral and IT) skills, both within the organization and to a wide range of external communities, funders, public policy makers and collaborators.Capacity for recruiting and inspiring excellent staff, managing and leading people, a team builder.How to apply:Application Procedure:
