Qualifications
ICOB prefers a person with the following skills and experience
? A minimum of Bachelors degree in a field such as ICT, Community development, Development studies, Project planning and Management Research in any of these fields will be an added advantage.
? A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
? Working knowledge of Project planning and report writing
? Strong financial, planning and budget management skills and experience
? People management skills ? team building
? Planning and organizing skills
