Age: 35 years and above
Reporting to the Construction Superintendent the successful applicant’s duties will be::
? Supervising all painting work and sign writing on the estate.
? Preparing bills of quantities of materials and tools. Maintaining accurate records of all paints and materials used for every painting assignment.
? Ensuring that stock levels of paints in sub-store are adequate.
? Performing any other related duties as may be assigned to you by the Construction Superintendent/ Management from time to time.
Requirement:Qualifications & Experience:? Advanced Craft Certificate in Painting and Decoration.
? A minimum of at least ten years in related field.
