The company is dedicated to integrity and excellence in the provision of professional solutions to enhance competence and capabilities in public institutions, private sector organisations and civil societies.Our client seeks to build a pool of officers for the following positions: District Programme Coordinators, MIS Officers, Monitoring and Evaluation Officers and Finance Assistant for both head office and field operations in districts in the following regions in Uganda: Northern Uganda, Eastern Uganda, Western and Mid Western Uganda. Candidates should indicate which region they are interested in.Position Title: District Programme CoordinatorsAbility to use standard computing packages (MS Office programmes including Word, Excel, in Economics, Development Studies or Socialsciences or similar area of study. Master’s degree will be an added advantageExperience: At least 3 years’ experience at a senior management level managing programs Experience of working in collaboration with local governments in implementing development programmes.Experience in budget /financial management is essen?alDesirable competencies: Leadership, team building, conflict resolution and negotiationskills. Analytical and problem solving skills highly desirable.Position Title: Monitoring and Evaluation OfficerEducation and training: An M&E Officer with an appropriate degree-level qualification in social sciences (i.e. Economics, Sociology, Political Sciences)Experience: At least 2 years of experience in managing M&E systems and/or carrying outStrong data analysis skills and ability to work with data management software PowerPoint, and suitable project planning tools).Education and training: An appropriate degree- level qualification in Computer Science/ITExperience: At least 2 years’ experience in managing an MIS system in a reputable organisation/Firm. Strong Database Management skills with vast experience in SQL Server and SQL. Proficiency in MS Office (Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms PowerPoint).
