Food & Beverages Cost Controller ( FULL TIME )

Uganda Wildlife Education Centre (UWEC) formerly known as Entebbe Zoo is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife and Heritage seeking to recruit competent candidates for the following vacancies for a contract period of three years (renewable).

3. Food & Beverages Cost Controller (1): Reports to: Supervisor/ Executive Chef

Qualifications: Certificate, diploma or degree in Accounting or equivalent with a basic knowledge in costing and auditing. At least 3 years experience in hotel industry in a similar position
Competencies and skills required:
• Ability to Control food and beverage stocks;
• Ability to prepare monthly food and beverage reports within strict deadlines.
• Computer literacy is an added advantage
