Job Summary: Provide clerical work to the legal department.
Responsibilities and Tasks: Effecting service of court process within the law and other necessary documents as may be requested. Make follow ups of documents issued by courts of law. Preparing and deponing of documents falling within this domain such as affidavits of service and others. Getting documents commissioned and witnessed. Proper articulation of the law on service of process. Fixing of cases for hearing. Payment of stamp duty and other statutory fees or charge.

Background

Under the guidance and supervision of the Administrative Associate, the Administrative Clerk/Registry and Housing provides reliable registry services and assists in the management of the office building and UN village. Assist in managing the UN Housing focusing on the achievement of the following results:

Preparation of tenancy agreement; announce availability of vacant houses, facilitates  inspection of houses by intending tenants, receives complaints from tenants and reports to the supervisor;Monitoring of rent payments and payment for utilities;Facilitation and maintenance of records on repair of houses and equipment, generator, lawn mower etc.

REEP works with people living with HIV, orphans, caregivers, widows and guardians by economically empowering them through enterprise development, food security and nutrition.

This is a one year job contract. These positions require individuals who have experience of working with vulnerable groups - particularly households affected by HIV - in enterprise development.

Job Description
Living Goods seeks an energetic, resourceful Data Clerk/Coordinator with strong quantitative skills to conduct field data collection (quantitative and qualitative) integral to Living Goods’ (LG’s) research and development function. This position will employ the highest quality standards for data collection and analysis techniques as well as database management.

Role and Responsibilities
-    Conduct data gathering activities (surveys, focus groups, etc.) in the field in areas where LG has operations
-    Gather, update and maintain client and agent database
-    Data entry for quantitative and qualitative information
-    Gather and conduct analysis on data from the field including various Living Goods initiatives and other projects as necessary
-    Conduct quarterly pricing survey
