Organisation: Future Options Consulting LtdDuty Station: Kampala, UgandaFuture Options Consulting Ltd is an HR recruitment services company which would like to recruit on behalf of its valued Client.Key Duties and Responsibilities: Provide safe transport for persons and/or equipment in the framework of all project activities from and to the designated places as requested by the driver’s direct supervisor Deliver and pick up mail/correspondence and parcels for the project Perform other administrative and logistics tasks as requested Keep the vehicle under his custody in good conditions and well maintained Ensure vehicle maintenance records are in place and clearly displayed Keep the vehicle papers up-to-date and in compliance with the law and with the Project internal procedures and ready to be presented upon request Immediately report to the project coordination team and/or the project administrator/supervisor any defect on the vehicleEnsure that all licenses, taxes and insurances are paid and up to date prior to entering the vehicle. Carry out any other task as assigned by the supervisorQualifications, Skills and Experience: The applicant must hold a Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education Five or more years’ accident free driving experience in a reputable organization Possess a valid driving license for passenger vehicles Ability to express oneself and write in EnglishExcellent team player Excellent time management Willingness to reside upcountry (for some cases)All candidates should send their Applications and CVs to jobs@futureoptionsug.com.
