Key Duties and Responsibilities:  Actively report useful information on client needs, trends and scheme usage. Retain 90% of current corporate members upon renewal and 90% of direct billing companies upon renewal. Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customers, monitor results and make policy change recommendations.Make sure that there are accurate and updated weekly and monthly reports. Build an efficient, effective and skilled customer service team. Communicate pertinent information to clients on a regular basis. Responsible for performance management.Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  The customer service manager should preferably hold a good Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. At least five years’ work experience. Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel.Strong communication skills both written and oral. Responsiveness and attention to detail. Excellent track record of innovation and creativity. Exhibit commitment to customer focus, quality service and sales. Must be highly proactive and resourceful in problem solving and loss avoidance.
