Information, Education, Communication and Institutional Support Officer (IECISO) National ( FULL TIME )

About this Job:

World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF, is one of (he world’s largest independent and experienced conservation organiza¬tions operating in over 100 countries in the world. WWF -Uganda Country Office (WWF-UCO) is implementing a three year Government of Uganda project funded by UNDP; “Sustainable Environment and Natural Resource Manage¬ment Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation in Uganda”. The project will be implemented in collaboration with responsible partners drawn from Central and Local Government Institutions, Civil Societies and Tertiary Academic Institutions.

c) Working Relationships
Internal: Interacts and works closely with the WWF-UCO
National Project Manager, administrative staff in the Uganda
Country Office, and project staff.
External: Interacts as required with governmental institutions,
Civil Society Organisations, and other stakeholders, in
collaboration with the National Project Manager.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in the field of Information, Communication or other related field;
• Post graduate qualification in any of the above fields is an added advantage;
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in Information, Communication and Educational programmes targeting
