Required qualifi cations and experience
• Masters Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Public Administration, or
equivalent
• Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBChB), Doctor of Medicine (MD) with public health
training, Social Work and Social Administration, Development Studies or Social Studies
• Over 5 years working experience in the fi eld of HIV/AIDS at senior managerial or technical level
• Over 5 years project organizational management experience with good knowledge of participatory
management techniques
