Responsibilities:

Position Summary

International Insurance Services (IIS) provides highly valued Cardmember benefits across 21 markets in the categories of Personal, Card, Account and Travel protection for premium Cardmembers. The Project Analyst, Cardmember Insurance Benefits will manage projects across markets and external providers to develop and improve on NAC program structures, performance, processes and controls and to support the delivery of card value propositions.

Principal Accountabilities

• Manage all phases of projects, from definition through to implementation
• Track projects to plan against key milestones and deliverables
• Capture, report and track risks and issues and escalate to direct leader as appropriate
• Project management and business support for all NAC program initiatives and projects
• Manage technical and/or system changes that affect processes ensuring changes and developments comply with business and local regulatory requirements
• Project management of infrastructure changes to deliver servicing models for new products
• Project management of RFP driven partner changes and subsequent delivery of new models
• Coordinate all NAC project activity and track and report progress against the projects within the team’s portfolio
• Work across business units to ensure support mechanisms are in place to maintain process capability
• Produce process documentation to demonstrate and facilitate change management
• Provide statistical analysis and oversee root cause identification of process gaps through complex process mapping
• Liaise with other business areas as required to foster interdepartmental relationships
• Manage the necessary redesign of processes and ensure effective controls are place
• Maintain a library of current market servicing models and track alignment against the guiding principles of NAC servicing models.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven project management capabilities
• Project coordination skills to include formal reporting and milestone tracking
• Excellent knowledge of flowcharting and process mapping techniques
• Proven communication skills with internal and external focus
• Experience working with recognised project management methodologies
• Formal project management qualifications preferred
• Excellent knowledge of Visio, Excel, Microsoft Project and Powerpoint
• Influencing 3rd parties to meet project deadlines
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
