Rwenzori Bottling Company Limited, a leading water bottling company in Uganda and a subsidiary of SABMiller, the second largest brewing group in the world; and winner of People’s Choice Awards 2011, 2012 and 2013, seeks to recruit a highly motivated, results oriented and dynamic professional for the position above:To maintain, repair and optimize plant and associated devices to ensure plant availability and product quality at minimum cost whilst maintaining standardsThe ideal candidate should be able to:• Maintain, repair and optimize machine and associated devices• Carry-out autonomous, preventive and break down maintenance on all line equipment• Optimize process performance• Do quality at source, deliver against the IQMS (International Quality Management systems) target and ensure tight process control is adhered to.• Comply with the recommended safe work procedure and maintain a safe healthy working environment• Contribute to team problem solving and decision making• Degree in Electrical Engineering is ideal• Minimum is Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering• 2 years working experience preferably in the Foods and Beverages Industry• Proactive mindset, self-driven, self-starter and with initiative;• Disciplined and dynamic Team Player.• Self-motivated and should be able to work in shifts.• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)The Company will offer a competitive remuneration package to the successful candidate.
