The company has recorded steady growth in deposits, mortgage assets and shareholder equity.Job Summary: Job Summary: The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for strategic and functional areas of all HR disciplines and provide leadership in the unit to enable it deliver a comprehensive HR services to the Bank. He/She will be expected to proactively advise on HR best practice and will lead the people management functions that underpin the Bank’s business culture.Key Duties and Responsibilities:  Take the overall responsibility for planning and development of the bank’s strategy for people and culture management.Manage the development and implementation of a comprehensive value driven performance management system.Plan and implement the bank’s learning and development agenda in line with the Bank’s growth & performance plans to ensure development of key competencies across all staff levels.Take responsibility for talent management, recruitment, staff development, succession planning, and exit management.Offer technical advice and support to employees on company benefitsProvide advice on implementation of HR  policies, procedures and processesEnsure Bank policies and procedures are up to date and are in line with current employment law; and that line managers are up to date with changes to any policies.Work with senior managers and advise them on all people issuesPlan and manage HR budgetsManage employee relations, welfare services and staff engagement  Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  The applicant should possess an honours bachelor’s degree in human resource management or in a related discipline.
