It ensures that good evidence supports delivery of effective services and evidence-based decision-making by providing technical support for monitoring and evaluating programmes and activities. In the recent years, the organisation has undergone significant expansion, thus requiring robust and effective systems to meet the new challenges. Job Summary: The Malaria Consortium Finance and Administration Manager will technically support all financial matters in a recently awarded a grant from UNITAID to implement a large-scale initiative in seven countries in West Africa with six partners with a total value of USD 67million. The Finance and Administration Manager will also oversee all project financial systems and standard operating procedures, monitor budgets, manage monthly financial statements and forecasts, maintain rolling cash flow projection, including bills payable, and manage payments to sub-grantees as per contractual obligations.
