Organisation: Team & Company Certified Public AccountantsReports to: Programme Officer (Accounts)Key Duties and Responsibilities: Compile and prepare quarterly financial and management reports.Work closely with suppliers and statutory bodies i.e. URA, NSSF for reconciliation of accounts and compliance.Prepare monthly payrollPerform weekly bank reconciliation and follow up on reconciling items.Prepare budgets.Ensure payment vouchers to be processed are duly supported with necessary documents as required by project guidelines.Maintain updated financial records including cashbook, ledgers and advance registers.Support external auditors during annual, spontaneous and management audit from time to time.Manage filing and retrieving of accounts documents.Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
