***2ND / 3RD Line Network Support*** - GBP35-40k+benefits - LEEDS

Established and Successful Financial Company is looking for an Experienced and Skilled MSCE Qualified Network Support Professional. You will be responsible for troubleshooting network problems and providing 2nd / 3rd line support for a company-wide user base.

As a Network Support Professional, Your main duties will be designing, implementing, supporting and administrating Servers, Network, SharePoint 2007, TMG/UAG and Exchange systems.

This will include:
o Contributing to the IT Strategy.
o Providing telephone based and face-to-face based 2nd line and 3rd line support.
o Evaluating developments in hardware, systems and software.
o Documenting and implementing backup solutions, anti-virus, email security and IT procedures.
o Maintaining the company's e-mail and Internet communications.

The support will be a mixture of Desktop support, Helpdesk support and Systems support. There will be an aspects of Field Support as you will occasionally visit other offices, however this is not a regular occurance.

To be considered for this role You must have extensive Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange and Sharepoint 2007 experience. Due to the networking aspect of this role you must also have strong TCP/IP Networking. As you are communication with IT and non-IT people you must have clear and effective communication.

Technical experience required:
o Windows Server 2003/2008.
o Windows Active directory.
o Experience of administering Exchange 2007 and Office SharePoint 2007.
o Experience of multi-site TCP/IP networks (Router, Switches and Firewall administration).
o Familiarity with ISA Server, TMG/UAG, IIS, SQL Administration.
